This week's CSA share included:
1 seedless watermelon, a dozen corn, 5 large tomatoes, 1 pint red grape tomatoes, 1 pint yellow grape tomatoes, 2 green peppers, 2 red peppers, 5 yellow squash, 7 peaches
THURSDAY: Grilled chicken, rice, fresh fried corn*, sliced watermelon*, salad
FRIDAY: Baked spaghetti with red sauce*, garlic bread, broccoli
SATURDAY: BLT*s, watermelon*, squash* kebabs, grilled corn*

Michael often enjoys a fresh pepper as his choice of green vegetable with dinner, and we have been enjoying the peaches with breakfast and lunch. The grape tomatoes are so sweet and juicy that we've been eating them as a snack. Delicious!
In fact, Michael wouldn't even let me get a picture of all the veggies before he dove into the tomatoes.
